Who We Are
SWIPE Global is a network of exceptional K-12 US-based schools providing international student programs, aimed at training and empowering school leaders to thrive in a changing landscape.
The SWIPE community comprises schools with varying international student populations, from those with just a few to others hosting over 100. Some serve as boarding schools, while others use a host family model or a combination of both. Some schools cater to students from one or two countries, while others welcome students from over 20 nations. Currently, SWIPE member schools are located in 15 states, ranging from historic preparatory schools to newer institutions, with some having religious affiliations and others not. We take pride in our diversity!
Professional Development and Support
SWIPE Global offers member schools monthly professional development sessions addressing common K-12 issues. Each one-hour session is recorded for later access. Experts from the international education sector discuss various topics, followed by a 30-minute SWIPE connect period for members to reflect, ask questions, and support each other.
Our SWIPE team conducts monthly Pulse Surveys with member schools to confidentially gather data on their needs and achievements. This helps us identify important topics for our guest speakers at monthly professional development sessions, ensuring relevant discussions. We are committed to supporting our members and sharing their success stories for collective growth.
